Review: I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and a an order of 1 dress pants from [redacted]. The pants were on sale and originally a higher cost. When my package arrived there were 3 pairs of shoes and no pants. My order number is [redacted]. I called customer service to correct the issue and they told me that the pants I ordered were no longer offered. Additionally I would have to ship the extra pair of shoes back to them to get a credit for the dress pant. The issue I have would be that they made a mistake and now I have to take my time to correct the issue and will not get a credit for a pair of pants that I ordered that is never coming no matter what I do. This is a terrible customer experience and from a principle standpoint does not sit right with me. Why should I have to take time out of my day to correct an error that they caused while they basically hold my money? This also feels like they sent me the extra pair of shoes to dump that one me and I now have to do all this extra work to make things right. If I knew this would have been the result, I would have rather them not send me the pants and then just not charge me and let me know honestly, which would not be a great experience but better than now where I have to do all the leg work to make it right to get my money back and not get what I want.Desired Settlement: There are several things I would like:

1) I would like the pair of pants that I ordered or I get to select ANY pair pants of my choice as an alternative (not restrictive) since it was not an issue that I caused.

2) Change to their policy

3) Written acknowledgement of their error and poor business policy and an apology
