I hired *** as my attorney. I did not deal with *** until the day of my court hearing which was January 30, 2020. I was dealing with ***. I asked *** who he was from the beginning and he did not reply instead stated he was from the law firm in ***’s office. So I assume that he was *** paralegal. I’ve had little to no communication with this law firm. I had to contact him several times regarding paperwork that was supposed to be submitted in the handling of my case. When it came time for the hearing paperwork that was supposed to be submitted on my behalf some of it was not even filed with the court. *** knew absolutely nothing about my case. He was asking me questions about my case he should’ve already knew. *** told me that he is not even familiar with divorce cases. He states that his paralegal is the one who is the expert in family law.*** told meHe specialize in mortgages in foreclosure. So his website is misleading and I feel like both advertisement and fraud. I feel like I should get half of my money back. This law firm is so on unorganized. I have been sent other client information. So I’m wondering if my information has been shared with other clients as well.
