[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: first of all they changed the the invoice that they sent youthey charged me in parts, and on the the invoice they sent you the parts were again I only asked them to check the fuses for the lighternot once did they call me and ask if I wanted it replaced. AND yes they did charge me for the lighters at a piece and labor EIGHTY NINE DOLLARS FOR LABOR
My invoice is dated 09/10/they invoice they sent you is dated 10/10/My bill says paid in cash
As far as I am concerned they own me more then in labor

To whom it may concern;
The first time this vehicle was brought in it had a parasitic drain on the battery cause by the
instrument clusterThe second time James came in was for a state inspectionAs you can see on
the attached invoices, he failed
for bald mismatched size tires, front brake pads below the legal limit &
rear brake shoes crackedThe only additional charges on this invoice were the labor for repairing the driver
side ground wire to the tail lamp assembly & one bulbThese were both authorized by the owner
The owner took the vehicle & returned with new brake pads, rotors & brake shoes on the vehicle- and we mounted
& balanced the four tires he suppliedat that point we placed a valid safety sticker on his vehicleThe customer came in & stated
that the dashboard states "brake lamp failure" - the brake lamps on the rear of the vehicle work fine but the module that reports that to the computer/ instrument cluster
has now failed- James was informed he needs a lighting control module/ lamp out module for his JeepWe checked salvage
yards for the part to help him but being that it is a year old vehicle we had no success

I have attached the invoice that was charged to [redacted]. As you can see, she was never charged for the actual cigarette lighters that were installed.
The day that she arrived to pick up her vehicle she informed me that I had installed them with out...

previously approval. Although noted on her account was "customer states to fix cigarette lighter".  I asked if she would like them removed at no charge & I would gladly re-install her old and damaged lighter assemblies.  She said that it was fine, I removed the cost of the two lighter assemblies & she paid her bill with no issue. Two weeks later, [redacted] called and said she would like a refund for the cigarette lighter labor. I had told her that she agreed to the invoice on 9/10/2014 and everything was paid for - I had discarded her old parts & would have nothing to replace them with. She said she didn't want them removed but she wanted the labor fee back. I discussed this with the business owner & he agreed that it was already adjusted and we would not be corrected further.If there are any questions, contact Jen D[redacted] at ###-###-####

Review: I had some work done by this company. They fixed a door lock. my lighter in my car was not working. I asked them to check the fuses. When I went to pick up my car, they had replaced the lighters and charged me me 89.00 for labor. I never received a phone call asking if I wanted them replaced. Thay never checked the fuses, they just went a head and replaced the parts without my permission or knowledge.I says on their invoice that all work must be authorized. I never did or get a ohone call.Desired Settlement: I tried to reslove this matter with them. they did'nt get it. I never authorized it. I asked for the labor to be refuned. 89.00

AND yes they did charge me for the lighters at 12.95 a piece and labor EIGHTY NINE DOLLARS FOR LABOR.

My invoice is dated 09/10/2014. they invoice they sent you is dated 10/10/2014. My bill says paid in cash.

As far as I am concerned they own me more then 89.00 in labor.
