Good Afternoon,We did provide Mrs. [redacted] with our services. She requested we finish all the work in 2 business days, which was October 15th and October 16th. We did complete the job but did not invoice her yet for our services due to [redacted] ( the [redacted]) not doing the "quality walk." On...

Monday, the 19th we received an email from Mrs. [redacted] with 6 pictures attached expressing she was unhappy with some of the work and demanding that we revise the estimate. We IMMEDIATELY  told her we did not invoice her yet because [redacted] has not been there to review the job and make sure she was happy with the work, as we do with each of our jobs. She told us she would not be paying us and that there was no way we could fix the problems. They were minor issues that we could absolutely fix and are still willing to do so. Yesterday, October 20th, we went back to Mr. [redacted]'s house to review the issues, in a prior email she stated she gets off work at 4:30. I never confirmed [redacted] would be there at 4:30 Monday, especially being on the other side of town and other prior commitments that were already scheduled that day. I emailed her at 4:47, like Mrs. [redacted] said and told her [redacted] would be there around 5:15 as his GPS stated. There was traffic and he arrived at 5:33. As soon as he was stepping out of his vehicle, Mrs. [redacted] was standing in the driveway before he could apologize to Mrs. [redacted] about being late and the work she was unhappy about she started verbally abusing [redacted] asking him if he was going to apologize for being late. He did however state he was sorry. After getting screamed at within the first minute of being there, Mrs.[redacted] proceeds to cuss at him telling him come look at his mess and while showing the issues, she continued from the time he got there to the time he left verbally abusing [redacted]. Mrs.[redacted] will only let [redacted] look at the problems by shining a flash light and refusing to look at other things. She also tried slamming the door on [redacted] when he first got there, and made him duck and dodge out of the garage door when he was asked to leave. [redacted] asked to fix the issues and she refused and offered him $500.00  to "rip up your paperwork and get the [redacted] out of my house." [redacted] denied the $500.00 because the problems can easily be fixed and the work was well worth the $1,175.00 that was initially charged. We have offered several times to Mrs. [redacted] to fix the problems and apologized in every email about the problems. Mrs. [redacted] has stated she will not let us back in our home and she hired another contractor to come and repair "our mess." As of today, we have filed a notice to the [redacted], and will file a lean on her house within the 10 days if Mrs. [redacted] still refuses to pay. We will be more than happy to fix these issues as stated numerous times in our emails and as well to her physically. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call [redacted] at [redacted]. We would love to get this resolved. Our intentions are always in the honor and for the best of our clients.
