In response to your e-mail of 2/2/regarding the purchase of a New Holland sickle bar mower from Sweet Farm Equipment LLC, a similar response from [redacted] was found unacceptable for the following reasons: A specific mower machine as displayed on Sweet Farm Equipment LLC Website and identified by both [redacted] and myself, a New Holland Sickle Bar Mower Model with ftbar was ordered at a price of $2370.00, paid for in full with [redacted] Credit Card The machine had reasonably good paint, no visible bends or welds and a PTO safety shield (The Model delivered to me is without safety shield, total rust, bent, missing and broken parts that are no longer available and haphazard welds Upper, easily accessible grease fittings were lubricated, while lower less accessible fittings were not lubricated.) The Model is currently in my shop, available for inspection and review An invoice for the purchase of Model was withheld intentionally until provided more than three months later through [redacted] , which clearly shows the order and purchase of a Model The Sweet Farm Equipment LLC website home page clearly states as follows: “If Sweet Farm Equipment LLC ships you the wrong item, we will pay the shipping costs.” (Item 4, Returns page.) Based on the integrity shown thus far by Sweet Farm Equipment LLC in this transaction, I doubt it would be feasible for me to return the machine at my expense only to find it rejected at Sweet’s optionAs an ex-farmer and heavy construction contractor I have learned this is not the way to do neither business nor the kind of people with whom to deal I feel an obligation to post this experience for the benefit of those farmers in future need of machine???????? This customer placed a order with us and when he was informed that we have 5 used "New Holland" sickle mowers, he said for us to just send him the best one that was in his targeted price range. We did exactly that. When he received the machine, he was not satisfied. We requested that he return the machine to us with shipping prepaid and we would gladly refund his $2370. [redacted] denied several times, his attempt to charge back this $2370 to our merchant services account. We continue to standby our initial offer to refund the $2370 upon return of our merchandise in the condition that it was received in with shipping prepaid. Please return to Sweet Farm Equipment LLC, 1815 Defries Road, Canmer, Ky 42722. Phone ###-###-#### with any questions.  It was never our intent that you would act as a collection agency in this matter.  In response to [redacted]’s note concerning shipment of New Holland Mower Model 450 and Invoice #3322 for New Holland Model 451, our main goal is to warn potential buyers of the lack of integrity and honesty of [redacted] and Sweet Farm Equipment LLC.   Distance, shipping costs and disbelief that the Model 450 would ever be accepted for refund negates any reason to ship the mower back.  
However, [redacted] has never addressed the following:

We are honest people who live by the Golden Rule.  Had we been aware of the business practices of this company we would never had done business with Sweet Farm Equipment LLC and [redacted].  We only hope that potential customers are made aware of our experience and can make informed choices.
