Collection of money due or be served 1/29/2016-I received a call today by a lady claiming to be from an investigations firm stating that I have a case currently open against me for fraudI then asked her who is this complaint with and she stated that it was kwa (Kenneth White & Assoc.)The fraud was dating all the way back a good amount of yearsHaving being caught off guard with all of this , I cried and stated that I am on disability, (in which I am due to Lupus and Kidney Failure) and I wanted to see if there's a way to settleThe lady also stated that they have been trying to contact me , but I haven't received anythingShe read the address of where they've been trying to contact me and it was my grandparents addressTo confirm, I called my grandfather to see if I've gotten any mail or phone calls and he said no.She also gave me a number to call and talk to a "litigator"The litigator as he called himself was claiming he was trying to help meI told him about my healt

I received a call from this number *** Extension stating that they will issue a warrant for my arrest if I did not pay within an hourThey told me I need to go to the nearest Wal mart and pay with an express payment / money gramI didThey had all my information and stated that I had an hour to come with the money and gave an account number *** Code ***They said they would send me a receipt via email and now that I called them they refused to do itThis incident occurred on 4/21/I am unsure if this is a scamI was terrified because they had all my information
