anytime of the dayOn our side it does show a refund but not for the full amountYour reservation was pre paid online from expedia and looks like we refunded you the wrong amountI will be looking forward to your call so we can get this clear for you! Thank you very much

I have been here about 4 days out of a week's stay paid up front. They quoted one rate than charged another. They claim their rate is $63 a night yet I've paid $583 for a week. Front desk agent Jazzy is very rude and disrespectful towards me. Also, charged an extra $90 for one extra child for two nights.

Review: My husband and I stayed at Kennewick Suites during the first night of our honeymoon. After a long day of driving, we had only been asleep two hours when we awoke to find bedbugs in our bed. Upon further inspection, we found traces of our blood on the sheets and pillowcases, and found that bedbugs had infested our luggage as well. We called the front desk to report the issue, but there was no answer. We went to the front desk to see if there was an employee available, but found the desk empty and the door to the front desk locked. After a scalding hot shower and disposing of our luggage, we went to the local WalMart to purchase clean clothes and a new set of luggage. We waited in our car for 2.5 hours for someone to come to the front desk. Upon checking out, we informed the employee of the bedbugs. The employee admitted that they had had bedbugs, but had just changed the mattresses. We asked for a refund, and she said we would have to talk to the manager. We gave her our names and phone number. Later that day, we received a call from the manager stating that they had done an inspection and didn't find any bedbugs, so "it must have been something else". He said that he would refund us for the room, and we politely stated that we would also like to be reimbursed for the luggage we were forced to buy. He said he would talk to the owner about it, and that it would take three weeks for the refund to be deposited into our account. After three weeks, we still had not received a refund nor reimbursement for our luggage, so we called to inquire about it. We were told that the manager would call us back in two days. Two days later, we still had not received a call. After we made another call, the manager told us that the refund had been put through 3 weeks prior. We asked about the luggage reimbursement, and he said that the owner denied our request, but that he would talk to him about it and call us back. Again, we never received a call. We called the next day, asking why we had not been called back. The manager said that he would call us back in two days. The next day, we received an e-mail from the manager saying that the refund had been dispersed to the booking agency ([redacted], and that they would be the ones to refund. We asked about the luggage reimbursement, and we have not received a response.

Me and my husband feel taken advantage of, and we feel like the owners of this establishment need to be held accountable for their actions. They knew there had been bedbugs prior to our stay and not only failed to take the precautionary measures needed to ensure our comfort for the duration of our stay, but also failed to inform us that there had been bedbugs in the first place. During the several phone calls where we were promised a return phone call, no return phone calls were made. It has been one month, and we still have not received a refund or reimbursement for our luggage.Desired Settlement: A refund for the hotel room and reimbursement for our luggage. We feel this is a reasonable request, considering the fact that we only slept two hours, had to dispose of our luggage, and that we were given a room infested with bedbugs.

Review: On 1/25/14 I stayed at Kennewick Suites. Due to frequent business travel, I stay in hotels often but NEVER have I experienced anything like this!First of all, contrary to the pictures shown, my room looked nothing even close to what was portrayed. Second, the TV would become distorted when the heat came on in addition to the bathroom sink being broken causing it not to drain. But MOST IMPORTANT, I paid with cash for the room, having to give credit card information for incidentals. The following day after checking out, Kennewick Suites put a charge through my credit card for $100.00 and on 1/27/14 another $200.00 was charged by them on my credit card. Therefore I called the hotel and asked to speak with the manager to inquire WHY they charged my credit card $300. I was informed by [redacted] (spelling ?). that he was the owner and that when we (me and my business partner) checked out that there was a hole in the door! He taunted me like I was a child telling me "you know you got mad and punched the door". I will not tolerate being accused of something that I have NOT done nor take responsibility if I havent done it!I know nothing about a hole in the door, only that I NEVER put a hole in their door! When I repeatedly tried to explain this to [redacted]., he informed me that his housekeeping staff is very reputable and stated that the hole was not there prior to my visit. He refused to remove any charges and even went further stating he hears this from people all the time so basically calling me a liar! I could not reason with this man and therefore have reported him to the police which stated it is a civil matter and my bank so that charges would be disputed. I also wanted to report the incident to this agency in case I am not the first person he has stolen from!! Please let me know how to proceed if there is anything else that I need to do.Thank youDesired Settlement: I am requesting a credit to be put through on my credit card. I also want him to be investigated for other complaints regarding fraudulent unsubstantiated charges.
