Gym closed with no notice to customers, I had paid for summer classes and spring break camp where three days were to be carried over to a summer campI paid for summer classes and have four weeks left of classes and also paid for a week of spring break where three days were to be carried over to a camp that I was going to use next week. The gym closed with notice to the customers. The only way I found out the gym was closed to visit their website today, I have my daughter's leotard packed to attend her class today. I paid $110.00 for gymnastics camp for my child for the week of July 20-24. Kenney's closed without noticed and did not issue a refund. I paid for 1/2 day Gymnastics Camp for my child. The camp was scheduled for the week of July 20th-24th, 2015(five morning sessions). I mailed my personal check #[redacted] to Kenney's on May 26, 2015 for $110.00 to pay for the camp. The check was cashed. Without notice Kenney's gym closed its business. No camp was held. I emailed Kenney's to request a refund, but did not receive an answer. I would like a refund for $110.00 from Kenney's gym because services were not rendered. Desired SettlementI would like a refund for $110.00.
