this customer purchased these parts being fully aware that we offered NO refund on parts that she waited here for us to pull offthe owner tried to explain to her the the parts she asked for, were better to buy new from our local *** ***.It would'nt have been but a few dollars difference
she wanted USEDmost of the price was in the labor to have them pulledAfter they were pulled she paid out , she leftabout an hour after, she returned wanting us to refund her money because she no longer needed them..the office manager explained to her againthat we'd refund the money that the parts cost but could not return on the laborshe became irrate!!She was asked to leaveTell us why here
