They practice shady business practices, the service staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. I even talked to kenny simpson homself and he was extremely rude and dismissive. I would not recomend buying a car there. They are very shady and out to only make profit at the expense of your wallet . DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE AT KENNY SIMPSON

age 88, went to the Kenny Simpson Nissan dealership in Helena, MT, because of a recall on her airbags. When she took the car in for the recall work, aggressive sales people began pressuring her into buying a new car. They pressured her into trading in her old car (2011 Nissan sedan w/ 22k miles) for $2000 and selling her a new car (2018 Nissan sedan w/ 44k miles) and an extended warranty, totaling over $18,000. They also took the old tires off of her car and put them on the new one she purchased. *** did not want a new car, she cannot reach the pedals in the new car (she is under 5ft tall), and she cannot afford a new car, as her only income is Social Security.

*** son *** took the car back to the Nissan dealership and asked if they would take the car back and return his mother's car. The Nissan sales people informed him that the car had been sold. They agreed to take the car back, but insisted that *** would have to pay the $3,500 for the warranty. Now *** is without a vehicle and facing the collecting for a warranty on a car she doesn't own. They have taken her independence.
