Mr*** was in an agreement for the work rendered on his vehicle and took the vehicle with an agreement to pay for the services as MrT*** let him in good faith take the vehicle on 7/26/without paying in full for the services. He now changes his tune MONTHS later
after taking the vehicle and neglecting to pay the agreement.Mr*** should have asked for any parts that were installed to be removed from the vehicle had he no intention of paying for them or not intended for them to be replaced. MrT*** would have gladly removed those parts.Settlement:Mr*** currently owes $*** on his invoice. MrT*** will consider that bill paid in full and asks *** *** to remain away from his premises. MrT*** wishes Mr*** well and no ill will but looks forward to never having to do business with him again.Sincerely,Kris T***
