Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:David F [redacted] - I'll at least thank you for having the courtesy to respond, albeit you're answering dishonestly The pictures you're attaching are of a sign that was put up the day my car towed You are also again saying I never signed a contract I am still waiting (months now to be exact) for someone to forward me over proof that these were sent to me, which you cannot do, because they were not sent to meYou evaded my first question when I asked you to forward me the email, by just saying I never signed itYou never sent these to me and I don't know why! I had a good relationship with everyone in that building, and I'm happy to provide references of ten or more people stating that I was a great tenant and got along with everyone You're calling me a trespasser I don't think a trespasser would put a blatantly large sign on their vehicle asking for someone to please send me a contract so I can PAY YOU to park there Again, I will reiterate that I called Robin twice to ask her to send me a contract The first response was "I thought he sent them over to you, let me have your email address again and I'll send them over." Fair enough, I gave her my email again and nothing was sent to me I was simply assuming you were either taking your time in sending them to me, or that you weren't really enforcing the parking thereAgain, you waited months, and again with the blatantly large sign I left on my dashboard with my email and phone # Two weeks prior to be towed, I spoke with a woman on the condo board walking off of the train I forget her name, she is taller with glasses She asked if I lived there, I told her I did for years, she smiled and said, yes, I remember you I told her I was waiting on a contract from Robin She simply said, "Ok, no problem" about me parking there So, again, you are being dishonest We can simply settle this by you paying for my towing fees, and sending over proof that you actually sent me over contracts I know you cannot produce the emails or any proof of any information being sent to me, because you practice business dishonestly I will aslo again state that when I get off the train every day, there are several cars there everyday, the same ones I have seen for months from people that do not live there and are not being towed Aren't they also "trespassers?" I await your response and settlement to this issue Sincerely, [redacted]
