I want to share my experience with Subaru Calgary this past Saturday, I was there to look at the Jeep Wrangler which they have listed for $24,995, sales rep Terry Bharti was very pleasant and helpful for showing the vehicle, after the test drive we sat down to see if we can take this vehicle home, filled out the necessary forms and put in $cash offer on the vehicle which was presented to used car sales manager Mr*** Chawdhry
Mrchawdhry came out of his office to talk to me he was extremely rude,unpleasant and disrespectful because my offer was not to his acceptation, I could not believe the treatment I got from him as a customer, let me tell you one thing I will not shop ever at Subaru Calgary again and will actively encourage others the same
NEVER USE THIS DEALERSHIP! Go to *** in Calgary! Bought our dream car, but the sales department ran our credit times in one hour without my permission and almost ruined my credit! Had the car for weeks when we had issues the Service department took months to get back to usTook car in for servicing and they chipped paint off my car, then made me take it back to them so they could repair the chip they caused, but would not give me a loanerWhen I got the call that the service was done on my repaint the 3M that was supposed to be applied and the GPS update were not doneStill waiting on my Car!
