When I did the car fax on it it said it was a

The smell in the my was covered up with a glade freshener which I foundOnce I removed it Leo could smell the mold
He did a visual visual on the trailer and expedition and then came back two days later in which I paid him To help with his cost

We had *** reveal the roof -cost $Dollars plus we sealed around the sides where it deteriated
We went for a two week holiday.when in Saskatoon,the fridge quit,the lights dimmed to almost deadTook it to *** in Saskatoon and found that both batteries were almost dead and also two different sized that killed them bothCost $To replace
When it rained we discovered that the rain was pouring in through the bathroom window so we sealed it shut with sealant
The my has a reverse osmosis under the sink which was never winterized and the one of the bottles broke open flooding underneath
Bought an air cleaner to clean the air
Bought a heater to dry things up hopefully
The back up camera quit after our first tripThat will have to be fixedWas told probably a broken wire

This is my response to your 2nd letter that I received from the Revdex.com dated October 20th, As you may not be aware my business is seasonal and I am closed during the winter monthsI was away for weeks and was not able to respond to your letter as I just picked up my mail earlier this week when I returned

* The customer is claiming she did not take it on a test driveThere was the customer, her male friend and myself who took the *** Motorhome on a test drive and after minutes they were 100% satisfied with the *** Motorhome(as I previously indicated in my October 12th, response to the Revdex.com)
* Customer is claiming she can smell mold in motorhomeAs I indicated in my previous October 12th, response to the Revdex.com the customer also viewed the *** Motorhome on separate occasionsThe customer brought a friend who she indicated was an expert on motorhomes and they spent over hour inspecting the motorhome togetherAt Kenny's RV Sales every pre-owned RV receives a full visual and mechanical inspectionNever once did I smell mold in the *** Motorhome
* If the batteries went dead in the *** Motorhome is because she left something on in the motorhome that would have killed the batteries
* Since the water was pouring in through the window that is a clear indication that the window was left openI never had once any water pouring through the window in the *** Motorhome
* The reverse osmosis filter should be replaced every yearMy certified professional RV Service Technician completes all the winterization of the RV's

* Again, the fridge was working perfect when the customer purchased itAt Kenny's RV Sales we provide a certified professional RV Service Technician to go through all the items in the motorhome and anything that requires repair or replacement is completed prior to selling to customer
In closing, I have been in business for over years and always had 100% customer satisfaction from all my customersThe *** Motorhome was in perfect working condition when the customer bought it
