We take every floor issue seriously and try to work with every customer to resolve themThis particular situation is not the fault of Kenny's Tile & FlooringThis is between the Builder and the Home OwnerWe have explained this numerous times to the Home OwnerThere were moisture issues in
the home since the floor was installed which are under the control of the Builder and subsequently the home Owner and those moisture related issues have created the Home Owners problems he is having with his floor, not anything that Kenny's Tile & Flooring did during the installationIt is clearly stated that we do not warranty moisture related issues, nor does any other Hardwood Flooring CompanyIf the Customer wants to pays us to redo the floor we would be more than happy to work with him on the price of that refinishUntil then we consider this matter closed and request the Home Owner once again discuss the issues he is having with the Builder

We choose to not do business with this customer, which is our right to doWe are sorry that the process did not go as smoothly as we all would of wanted it to go. We refunded their full deposit and wished them well with whomever they choose to do their work

I am rejecting this response because: This business never gave a reason why they decided to "not do business" with us They refunded our deposit, that is correct, but they had no choice in the matter They have also not issued us a formal apology for the frustration they caused, they wasted time, and money traveling to their location to plan and finalize detailsThey have not outlined the steps they will take to correct their claim (listed below), which led us to believe they were competent to take on this job and complete it."We continue to set the standard for residential applications of tile, natural stone, hardwood flooring, carpet, granite & marble countertops and whirlpool bathtubs. By employing our own installation and fabrication teams we know and understand how each project will come together before the job even begins

The settlement check was issued today and will be given to Mr*** to approve and hopefully this matter will be closed

We contracted with *** *** Photography to take pictures for our website CarverTubs.comIt was agreed upon between both parties that we would trade materials and labor to remodel Mr***'s home in exchange for the photos we contracted to have him takeWe began the work in his home only then
to find out the photos he took did not meet the contractual standard we set for Mr*** and he then started asking for an outrageous amount of additional monies to get them to the level of quality we originally asked him to produce for usSince we were unable to get Mr*** to honor his contractual obligations we ended our portion of the agreed upon contractWe were saddened to see Mr*** failed to mention any of these facts in his complaint as we have already attended a court mediation with Mr*** and his Attorney prior to this complaint being issued to the Revdex.com by Mr***So his claim that there is no communication are and misleading and this matter is still currently in litigation
