Review: It is Saturday night approximately 8:15pm . I call in a order for 2 steak subs, one with lettuce tomato, fried onions and mayo. The other Steak sub with Ketchup, lettuce tomato relish and onions.They sent both subs exactly alike and the french fries in addtion were cold all the food was cold. I did mine it took a hour to go 3/4 of mile but give me proper service if you are delivering it. There was no mistake in what because he repeated it the order. When I called in , right from the start he tried to discourage me to get delivery by complaining it would take one hour. I told him it was OK. When we got our order every item was cold French fries and steat and cheese sandwiches along with the wings and shrimp fried rice.Desired Settlement: I want a complete refund of the $22.00 I spent on this meal. The person on the phone was not even appolligenic about the food and proceeded to argue with what I ordered.
