Kennywood Amusement Park

Visited Kennywood Lights with my niece from Florida. Though we enjoyed walking through the park, the light show, fire pit, and riding a few rides, we did not enjoy Johnny Rockets. We waited in line 30 minutes due to only one register being open. We were 7th in line. Again we waited 15 minutes for our food, arriving cold. There were a total of 10 employees, 6 just standing around...1 was on the register, 2 on the grill, 1 delivering the food. Spent almost $30 on burgers, fries, and drinks in which the burgers and fries were cold and the cheese on the burgers hard,,,obviously sitting for a long time. Already emailed Johnny Rockets and got no reply; also, submitted a review on-line. Felt you needed to know what garbage you put in place of what use to be there.

Review: Purchased $200 worth of tickets for my family of 7 and had a terrible experience. My 2 yr old was unable to ride in the kiddie area on a majority of rides as well as my 5 yr old in the main park area. After 8 o'clock almost every ride she was tall enough to ride was closed. My 5 yr old also rode the log ride with me and the attendant let the brake go before she got out of the boat and she nearly fell into the water. No apologies she didn't even acknowledge what happened when I screamed as it happened. I spoke with ride manager Keith who basically rolled his eyes and said " at least she wasn't injured" and had no concern or empathy to my 5 yr old in tears because the rides she could do were closed. We are six flags pass holders and have been to Disney twice. Never have I been so disappointed in a theme park experience. We will NOT return. Waste of $200Desired Settlement: Refund of waste of money spent at your park! The water ride closed three hours before the park!
