ZERO RATING ... bought the full trim mold kit for my Grand Wagoneer. $1600. Had it shipped to the professional restoration body shop for my GW. Kit was professionally installed and within a week the molding was falling off.. They would not even respond for over a month.. and then only after I asked the BBB for help. After another month all Kenosha would say was "installation problem" and no refund...nothing. THIS IS AN AWFUL COMPANY... DONT WASTE YOU TIME OR $$$
I Melinda [redacted] (Team Grand Wagoneer) spoke with our customer Louis [redacted] on 05/05/reference to order ***.I called Mr [redacted] on Thursday May 05,in regards to his order and complaintThe order he placed clearly states in our listing “This is for Re-Furbishing YOUR Tailgate Window MotorOnce Purchased We Will Send You a Shipping Label and You Must Send Your Motor in for an Overhaul” We would need his window motor to rebuild and send it back to himWe never received the window motor to rebuildWe have issued a full refund in the amount of $as of 05/05/
This is a follow up to your request for additional information regarding complaint ID [redacted] This was purchase was made to the online store at Kenosha County Classics and below is the credit card transaction detail for my Visa where I was charged $Since then the phones go unanswered and weekly I leave voice mails on their answering machine as well as send emails to their web site address, none of it get answered, clearly there is something wrong and I have been informed in my research by the Chamber of Commerce that they are operating illegally with an out of date corporate filling statusIn short I would like my money back but that probably will never happen! We have followed up with MsKathleen [redacted] on 11/08/We have issued a Return label on 11/08/via email with tracking number [redacted] courier delivery service we used is FedEx with a return form for inspection and exchange of the Smog Air Pump that is still under warrantyWe are currently waiting for the part to return to usOnce received we will then Inspect the part and replace it within business days
