Kenosha Urgicare, S.C.

Company advertised a flu shot for $20.00. I registered at the desk. The clerk asked for my insurance card. I told him I wanted to pay for it. He said they would wend it to my insurance because it was covered. I got my shot and when I went to the desk, I said I didn't pay and they said again "we send it to your insurance company first". I then got a refusal from the insurance company and an invoice from Kenosha Urgicare for $62.00 I called their office on 11/12/11 and explained the situation. They said they would call me back, but never did. I received another invoice the following month for $62.00. I sent a check for $20.00 with my explaination and a copy of the ad for a $20.00 flu shot. This was on 12/12/11. I just recieved an invoice for an additional $80.00. the invoice has now changed to an original amount due of $100.00 with my $20.00 check credited and balance due of $80.00. The addtion charge of $20.00 is not a past due charge, but shows as the original amount, when origianl invoice was for $80.00.
