This company is NOT A Revdex.com Accredited company, however, the site (www.MainFaucet.com) displays the LOGO of Revdex.com indicating they are ACCREDITED to Revdex.comThis is disguising the customers in believing that this site is safe The company doesn't respond to any questionsTheir customer service is laughable The customer service number is NEVER answered by anyoneNor the emails to support, info or sales departments are ever replied I have called them 100+ times and till date since I placed my order, no one has ever answered my calls Sounds like a bogus company

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Initially accepted this offer, but money was never returned to credit card in a timely manner After two billing cycles and several telephone calls told that offer was rejected because product was installed WRONG - After receiving product installers immediately contacted Main faucet and was told product could not be installed to my set up and product could only be used on a fiberglass tubProduct was immediately sent back in original packaging This could have been avoided if product Aqua frameless tub enclosure would have provided that important and necessary information on product description Another complant is that they charge customers a 15% restocking fee and two way shipping charges on all returns They should also be clearly stated in description which it is not for future customersUnable to give feedback after purchasing so other customers would not make the same mistake I like the product and ordering and delivery was easy and efficient Above concerns should be viewed on website Bank of America will handle finenace charges made to my account Regards, [redacted] ***

I have reviewed this complaint, including all communication with customer and with manufacturerThis item was shipped back directly from customer back to the manufacturer and in this case, unfortunately manufacturer refused to accept the return due to attempted installation, giving us the option of
having this item sent back to the customerAt this time, as a courtesy, we will honor the original refund amount of $that was agreed upon with the customerWe are responding to the credit card dispute accordinglyIf customer accepts this settlement, please let us know and we will issue the refund by notifying merchant servicesWe apologize again for the trouble customer had to go throughWe strive our best to make our product descriptions as accurate and informative as possibleFor this particular product we received the description and specifications from the manufacturerOur website also includes all installation instructions for this productEvery installation is different, so we instruct our customers to consult with their installers first before they make a purchase to make sure the product is going to meet their installation requirementsI hope I have been able to clarify the issue

I am not sure I understand what customer would like us to do at this time:
Customer "Initially accepted this offer" (customer's own words), and now is rejecting it? I am not sure what we can do at this timeAs stated clearly on our Return Policy (http://www.mainfaucet.com/returns , which the customer agreed to when placing the order):
Products must be returned in the original packaging and in the original
condition, including all parts, accessories, packaging and user guides
The actual packaging of the product must be in new conditionPlease do
not write anything or put any tape on the actual box of the product
Pack the product with its box inside a shipping boxProducts must be
free of any scratches and/or defectsNo exchanges or returns accepted
on installed products
Customer DID NOT return the product in new conditionAs evident from the pictures that were sent to us from the manufacturer's Returns Department, and according to the manufacturer, this product was returned after "attempted installation"Nevertheless we agreed to accept the return as it is and offer customer the original refund of $that she agreed on, and now she has changed her mind, and wants us to refund the full amountI am not sure I understand why?
Customer states: "they charge customers a 15% restocking fee and two way shipping charges on all returns. They should also be clearly stated in description which it is not for future customers"Please check our websiteOn every Product Page, including the product that the customer purchased: http://www.mainfaucet.com/dreamline-shdr-3148586-01-aqua-reversible-frameless-tu... , next to the Add to Cart button is a link for "No Hassle Return" and when you click on the link it takes you to our Return Policy page: http://www.mainfaucet.com/returns Also, when a customer is placing the order, on our Secure Checkout page, after entering credit card information, it states "I agree to MainFaucet.com's Return Policy and Terms and Conditions." There is a link to the Return Policy page, and customer has to click a button that says "Agree and Place Order"Also, there is a link to our Return Policy on the bottom of EVERY page on our websiteThese are industry standards and it is customer's responsibility to check return policy before placing an orderOur Return Policy page clearly states:
"15% restocking fee" and "For returns or exchanges that are not a result of our error, customer will be responsible for all shipping charges (to the customer and back)For Free Shipping orders, the actual shipping costs will be included in the deduction."
The Product Description for the item customer ordered is the description provided to us by manufacturerThere is no error in the descriptionCustomer had a special installation need: fiberglass tubIt is customer's responsibility to check with installer before purchasing a product to make sure it meets his/her installation requirementWe take responsibility for any mistakes in our product descriptionFor this particular product, that was not the case
At this time, customer has already filed a chargeback with her credit card companyWe have offered customer the original refund that she had agreed toNow she refuses to accept that, and refuses to talk to us because "her bank advised her not to"At this time I am not sure there is anything we can do here to address her concernWe will respond to the credit card dispute and deal with our merchant servicesPlease close this caseThanks
