[redacted] has been a customer of [redacted]’s for the last 10 years. [redacted] has retired 8/31/16. A new company has opened at this location and I am the owner. It is a separate company from [redacted]’s Auto Repair. My company is known as [redacted]’s Auto Repair & Towing LLC. I have never once worked on Ms. [redacted]’s car....
[redacted] did everything he could between May and when he retired, and she was never happy. She called me and I listened to her and explained to her that [redacted] had retired and that this was a different company and owner. I told her [redacted] has her $2000 and [redacted] said he would happy to go to court against Ms. [redacted]. She started berating me after that.
