I've used Ken's body works for both major and minor repairs. The major one involved someone backing into the side of my Altima, breaking off the mirror and scraping up both doors. Ken's did a flawless repair 4 years ago, and it still looks great -- color match is still perfect, and no peeling or chipping of the painted repair.
I've also used Ken's for minor repairs, such as broken glass, windows that won't go up, and a broken antenna.
In all cases the folks at Ken's have been prompt, professional, and given me excellent service.
