Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below As much as I would love to have already put this behind us all, I can't do so after reading the following statement made by [redacted] *** I have to say that the majority of his recap is either inaccurate or dishonest I would have assumed that someone who claims to have been in the service industry for as long as he claims, that he would have better morals and service standards than what he's reported in his recap First, anything that [redacted] states "was said" can be taken with a grain of salt because not once in the time frame in which he stated did he ever contact me or my wife to discuss ANYTHING that took place First proof of his immoral behavior and dishonesty When I had dropped off our items, the service representative seemed to be working by herself and seemed as though she was bit overwhelmed She had a few pairs of wrangler jeans in her hand that I guess had been dropped off just before I arrived I made a playful comment, "I'm willing to bet those are gonna get full starch" thinking a joke might make her smile a bit considering the day she sees to be having In response, she didn't acknowledge the comment or even look at me She a hurriedly moved to the cash counter and said something to the effect of, "what can I do for you?" WHAT I DID SAY was, "we need to have these pants taken up to inches." Yes, one pair of the pants were pinned AT INCHES Never once did I say anything about the pins The service rep took the pants as I handed them to her and slung them over her shoulder, then proceded to ring me up She asked if that was all I needed ***e and I simply replied that that would be all She then cashed me out and I left A few days afterward, I returned to pick up the pants I got them home and they stayed on the hangers for a few days until my wife was ready to wear them When she put them on she notice they were a bit shorter than expected The next opportunity I had, I returned the pants to Ken's and explained to the service reps that were there that the pants seemed to have been hemmed shorter than expected All at about inches They all were in agreement that they would take care of the situation and have "***" (the owner) contact me I waited a few days and had heard nothing from [redacted] or the Cleaners, so I called in inquiry A service rep said she hadn't heard anything yet but did say without me even asking, and I qoute, "he hasn't called yet about a refund which I doubt you're gonna get." I asked if he had my number still and she said yes A few days later I STILL had heard nothing so I stopped by there on my way home from work I asked the same question when I arrived and she said, "has he not called you still?" I just said "no he hasn't." I them asked if I could get his contact information and she said, "no we ***'t give out his number." I have to admit I was getting a little irritated at this point I just simply asked her to remind him that I'd like him to call me.The last paragraph of [redacted] statement is the one most concerning to me He states that "HE" offered to have the two pants let out to inches at "HIS" cost This resolution was NEVER ONCE OFFERED TO US Second proof of immoral and dishonest behavior In fact, I feel comfortable enough to call it out as a blaitant lie The resolution we were offered by his service rep, was that they could let them out "at half price" TO US, and that they could "stretch" the denim That is the reason we rejected the offer It's an outrage for [redacted] to say that he tried to resolve this situation when after numerous attempts of my own to get in contact with him, he never once......NOT ONCE, reached out or even attempted to reach out to me or my wife There was never an offer made to me or my wife to let out the pants to inches at the expense of the establishment ***'s team has essentially ruined a pair of $jeans due to their incompetence an lack of capacity to follow instructions All we had Initially asked for was that the pants be re***e correctly and if they couldn't be fixed, to just refund us the amount of $ In all fairness, I believe that the jeans they ruined should be replaced since they can't be let out to fit Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute.
Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.    As much as I would love to have already put this behind us all, I can't do so after reading the following statement made by [redacted].  I have to say that the majority of his recap is either inaccurate or dishonest.  I would have assumed that someone who claims to have been in the service industry for as long as he claims, that he would have better morals and service standards than what he's reported in his recap.          First, anything that [redacted] states "was said" can be taken with a grain of salt because not once in the time frame in which he stated did he ever contact me or my wife to discuss ANYTHING that took place.  First proof of his immoral behavior and dishonesty.     When I had dropped off our items, the service representative seemed to be working by herself and seemed as though she was bit overwhelmed.  She had a few pairs of wrangler jeans in her hand that I guess had been dropped off just before I arrived.  I made a playful comment, "I'm willing to bet those are gonna get full starch" thinking a joke might make her smile a bit considering the day she sees to be having.  In response, she didn't acknowledge the comment or even look at me.  She a hurriedly moved to the cash counter and said something to the effect of, "what can I do for you?"  WHAT I DID SAY was, "we need to have these pants taken up to 29 inches."  Yes, one pair of the pants were pinned.  AT 29 INCHES.  Never once did I say anything about the pins.  The service rep took the pants as I handed them to her and slung them over her shoulder, then proceded to ring me up.  She asked if that was all I needed [redacted]e and I simply replied that that would be all.  She then cashed me out and I left.   A few days afterward, I returned to pick up the pants.  I got them home and they stayed on the hangers for a few days until my wife was ready to wear them.   When she put them on she notice they were a bit shorter than expected.  The next opportunity I had, I returned the pants to Ken's and explained to the 3 service reps that were there that the pants seemed to have been hemmed shorter than expected.  All at about 28 inches.  They all were in agreement that they would take care of the situation and have "[redacted]" (the owner) contact me.  I waited a few days and had heard nothing from [redacted] or the Cleaners, so I called in inquiry.  A service rep said she hadn't heard anything yet but did say without me even asking, and I qoute, "he hasn't called yet about a refund which I doubt you're gonna get."   I asked if he had my number still and she said yes.  A few days later I STILL had heard nothing so I stopped by there on my way home from work.  I asked the same question when I arrived and she said, "has he not called you still?"  I just said "no he hasn't."  I them asked if I could get his contact information and she said, "no we [redacted]'t give out his number."  I have to admit I was getting a little irritated at this point.  I just simply asked her to remind him that I'd like him to call me.The last paragraph of [redacted] statement is the one most concerning to me.  He states that "HE" offered to have the two pants let out to 29 inches at "HIS" cost.  This resolution was NEVER ONCE OFFERED TO US.  Second proof of immoral and dishonest behavior.  In fact, I feel comfortable enough to call it out as a blaitant lie.  The resolution we were offered by his service rep, was that they could let them out "at half price" TO US, and that they could "stretch" the denim.  That is the reason we rejected the offer.  It's an outrage for [redacted] to say that he tried to resolve this situation when after numerous attempts of my own to get in contact with him, he never once......NOT ONCE, reached out or even attempted to reach out to me or my wife.  There was never an offer made to me or my wife to let out the pants to 29 inches at the expense of the establishment.  [redacted]'s team has essentially ruined a pair of $80 jeans due to their incompetence an lack of capacity to follow instructions.  All we had Initially asked for was that the pants be re[redacted]e correctly and if they couldn't be fixed, to just refund us the amount of $33.00.   In all fairness, I believe that the jeans they ruined should be replaced since they can't be let out to fit.
Regards,
[redacted]
