Kens Kars did a used car inspection on your vehicle. You were not charged 35.00 or 65.00 or 75.00 as you previously have stated. You were charged for brake replacement 95.00. Let me remind the customer that their vehicle comes with standard equipment. Number one. An oil change reminder light. Number two an oil pressure gauge and or light. And also an oil level sensor. It is unfortunate that these items do not shut off the vehicle. These items are monitored or ignored at the owners discretion.

I am rejecting this response because: The car was towed to Kens Kars due to stalling but I thought it was due to a bad battery as the battery was tested by triple AAA prior to be towed to Kens. [redacted] informed me that it needed new battery and cam sensor. I told [redacted] I wanted a full used car check done so I could address any and all problems with the vehicle. According to my receipt [redacted] states "used car check list completed - found only brakes needed replaced... $95.00.
