Ken's Oil and Heating Inc.

Ken was to put in new gas furnace and new duct work for me. I wanted vents put in the duct work for the basement along with the house, and mentioned it several times. (In his 2 1/2 month process.) I Never got them! I have called MANY times He would not show up or give the courtesy of a call or text. When it came time to pay, he scribbled out a contract and put in front of me. As I was paying him I asked about the vents downstairs...he said he "promised "would be back another day "it's a 10 minute job" I have been chasing him down for him to finish the job 2 months now. He is saying now that it was not in the contract!, "but he will do it anyway"!! Yes it was verbal and understood it was what I wanted. And him working for me for so long, I trusted him and NEVER!! thought he would pull this bull on me!! Also the tube for the humidity from the furnace has froze and the pump is dumping it on the cellar floor!! I have sent him pictures, he said he will fix it by putting it into a drain pipe (the way it should have been done in the first place!) still nothing from Ken.I have always been kind and understanding and never provoked him in such a way for him to treat me as if I did something wrong. I don't know how someone of this caliber could stay in business treating his customers this way.Product_Or_Service: gas furnaceDesired SettlementI would like the problem fixed by a different company at his expense.... I feel totally uneasy about him. His professionalism has been compromised with me and I don't feel I could trust his service.
