Not knowing [redacted] had been out of business, I called their number, getting Ken's PC Repair. Though the shop is small, I was happy to receive the great service. The PC I took in is now running much batter and the problem it was taken in for was resolved with no further issues.
Quick and wonderful service. I was notified once the repair part was received. Dropped the laptop off and about an hour later the work had been completed. I am completely satisfied with their quality of work and expertise.
My experience with Ken was excellent. I spoke to him several times over the telephone regarding my All-In-One desktop computer and each time he provided me with assistance. Ultimately, I had to take my computer to his shop for repair. In one day, he was able to diagnose the problem and fix it. My computer runs like a new machine. I would contact him again if I should incur any problems in the future. I would highly recommend Ken.
