I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  But they did talk  to me, so that's a lie on their part. I have kept all records of them calling and if they start again I will take them to court.

LTD is more than willing to respond and resolve the issue however, we cannot remove any numbers without identifying the account in question.  We have searched using the name provided and are not able to locate the account.  Please provide additional information to locate the account. Thanks,LTD Customer Care Department

LTD has also attempted to contact the consumer multiple times at the referenced phone number, but has been unable to reach anyone. Be advised, collection activity has been suspended on the account as of June 30, 2015 and the consumer should no longer receive further contact from LTD.
