Ken's Pools

I paid for a pool liner to be installed. He half did the job and has disappearedIn October 2013 I paid Ken's Pools to install a pool liner. [redacted] installed the liner improperly and incompletely. He said we would have to come back in the spring to fix it. I spoke with him a couple of times about a date but he never showed up. His phone has gone direct to voicemail for 3 weeks and he does not return emails.Desired SettlementI can't get another company to fix his mistakes as they say they can't guarantee they can fix it. I will now have to install another brand new liner. I have also seen online he recently has done this to others. I'm looking for my money back and his dishonest business practices to stop.
