[redacted] of Squires Roofing were forced to make the extremely difficult decision to close the doors of their third generation company and are now employees of Franciscus Incorporated, nothing more, nothing less.  To our knowledge, any and all warranties that were in effect when Squires Roofing & Construction was in business are now no longer in effect.  Franciscus Incorporated did not purchase any assets, nor did we assume any liabilities of now expired Squires warranties when we hired the former owners onto to our sales staff.  Any and all questions or concerns former Squires customers have regarding the expired warranties should be directed to the former principals of the business and/or any legal representation they may have in place for such inquiries.Again, our intention was never to confuse the consumer, only to extend an opportunity of employment to two very well respected individuals of our industry who had found themselves in a very unfortunate situation.We would also like to believe, in addition to accepting the employment opportunity on our sales staff with our company, the former owners of Squires were given further peace of mind knowing they could refer their former customers to a well respected and trusted name in the community to be one of the three estimates they receive for any repairs or work they may need on their home in the future. Please know, we are willing and able to assess and provide fair and competitive estimates to anyone needing assistance with roofing issues.Best Regards,Tom S[redacted], C.O.O.Franciscus Incorporated
