I am rejecting this response because:
I Told *** that I did not trust *** kens because of the situation that's also accrued while picking up my car, and they left me leave with a unsafe car once why would I risk that again fur my kids and myselfI was giving them a chance to help meWhen I dropped my car off when my sway bar assembly was in I told them about the sound and bad feeling coming from my right front wheel barring that I just had done and *** told me he would take care of itA couple hours later kens tires called back saying I can come get my carWhen I got down there I asked them what they did or can I have a receipt and the bald gentlemen told me no have a good day because I'm good to goThat is so bad customer service and yes I would like to know then if they fixed it why did I just have to go to *** garage to get a wheel barring with hub and another alignment for 263.00!

185.00 Left inner tire rod totaling 60.00 Right inner tire rod totaling 60.00Fog light was out - -Alignment totaling 45.00Labor totaling 195.00Tax totaling 39.60Total Bill 699.60[redacted] did not notify our [redacted] location of any problems with the car or service nor did she take her vehicle back to our [redacted] location.On April 10, 2014 Ashley brought her vehicle into our [redacted] location. The following work was done on her vehicle at that time at no charge when she complained about the service at our Frackville location: -Used sway barrear totaling 75.00 Welded left rear frame rail Supplies Metal totaling 560.00 Remove front brakes and regrease sliders Two hours labor totaling 130.00 Tax totaling 15.90Total bill 280.90We did speak to the current garage where Ashley took her car and it - was confirmed that the wheel bearing would not be a safety issue.Sincerely,
