I cannot speak highly enough about these people. I had been praying about a company to cut down a dead tree for a reasonable price, and Ken’s Tree Service of China Grove was the answer! They cut down the tree and chopped it into pieces I can put in the woods out back for an unbeatable price. If you ever need tree work done call and ask for Brent to come out. #goodpeople

Ken's Tree Service took down $2600.00 worth of trees on our property. One of the trees came down and hit one of our new front railings to our front steps. The crew did not tell us about the damage and when we found it we contacted the company. They did have someone from the company to come out and take a look who remembered the tree hitting the rail. Melissa with the company told us it would be taken care of. They also agreed to have *** Supply, who installed the rails to look at the damage which was estimated at $1,300.00 to repair. Despite constantly contacting them to follow up over the past several months (from 9/2017 to present) the damage to the rail has not been repaired, and not they do not answer when I call. I have never used a company before that has not taken responsibility to repair damage in which they have caused.
