First off, we did Mr. [redacted] a favor by accepting that job in the first place because it was non insurance related. He requested the repairs a certain way, and that's exactly how we did it. At the end of the day he changed his mind on how he wanted the repairs and it was too...
late. Mr. [redacted] you are clearly mistaking on how you think you can come into my business and cause a disturbance requesting invoices that have not been fully paid for. We no longer want or need your business.
