Unfortunately ***'s AC unit did have an issue that required a new part that had to be ordered which was done on 9/8/2015. The part came in on 9/15/2015 but because [redacted] did not want us to come in if she was home, it could not be installed until 9/22/2015. During the time it took... to receive the part, we supplied her with a portable AC unit. As far as we know, this unit was functional during this time. At no time did we refuse to change her locks and are not aware of someone harassing her. She is welcome to contact us to set up an appointment to get new locks. Thank you brining this to our attention, we will reach out to her to be sure that all is well.

Review: I lived in an apartment on the premises for 9 months and when I moved out they charged me $1,281.52! The carpet in the back bedroom had fibers pulled up by my puppy and I knew I would have to replace it, but they hit me with complete carpet replacement, after only 9 months! I called to complain and they sent me pictures of the bottom of the carpets, but said the small bedroom was good and that they would credit that back to me. That credit was only a $100 difference for some reason, so now $907.29 to replace carpet that was 9 months old. I asked the manager at my new complex and she says that's ridiculous, because it's only $1,050 to recarpet here, and with prorate I shouldn't be paying that. They have carpet people at Kensington almost daily and I thought that people were ruining the carpets, but now I realize that they just change them and charge previous tenant whether it needs it or not. they charged me another $185 for paint which, again, I don't know why or where they buy paint from. What they are doing might be legal, but it is wrong and shady business practice. I feel fully taken advantage of, but what can I do? I can't have a bad renters history, so I paid them.I also remember talking to numerous other tenants about how these guys never fix anything, this place looks nice on the outside, but they are completely dishonest and a terrible company.Desired Settlement: The way I see it they owe me around $500.
