I purchased a vehicle here back in October and was completely taken advantage of being a female consumer I believe I over paid which is my lesson learned as a first time buyer When sitting down for the purchase I selected agreement for adding a fire proof coating to my vehicle which added to my cost When I went to pick up my vehicle it still had the EXACT dirt markings on the back that it did when I had been there before I asked for the sales manager and asked about the fire proof coating I had opted for, she told me it was already on the car because they have that on all their vehicles Then why did I check yes and sign on something that added a couple thousand to my cost?? I'm pretty sure if something happens that is a lawsuit waiting to happen if I do not have it
I immediately had issues that I had to fight with the service dept to cover being under days I selected the extended warranty option and service such as oil changes My last oil change they tried to tell m

I purchased a new Jeep Wrangler door unlimited sport with the upgraded package Driving it home, it felt as though it wasnt shifting correctly With less than miles on it, the engine light came onI returned it to the dealerThey told me they'd fix it because the engine wasn't communicating with the transmissionThis solved some of the issues, but it still failed to shift at the appropriate timesI have times now exited a highway and the vehicle automatically shifts into FIRST gear, causing the vehicle to jerk forward and come to a sudden decrease in speed I have complained to the company multiple times and had it in for service, but was told there was nothing wrong after they drove it miles on flat groundI was then contacted by *** from the corporate officeHe told me I could return the vehicle for an exchange for another vehicle on the lotHe tild me hed call me the following day When I didnt hear from him for days, I called the store and they told me

I bought a Jeep Patriot about 5-months agoI have not received my plate for the vehicleAutonation stated (per the general manager ***) they were not aware of the jeep had a prior balance owed and that is holding up the paper workThey sent me and my son to the DMV times stating it was handledWhen we go to DMV - they state no original paperwork was sentwe also had Autonation on the phone with them at the same time and they argued with the DMVLast week, *** from Autonation stated they are still working on itThe vehicle is in another stats - son has it for school, my insurance company is stating we should not drive the vehicle and my financing loan continues to call about thisI offered to bring back the vehicleAll I keep getting is excuses and that they are working on it

I purchased a car on Monday the 23rd of October and drove it homeI started the car on Tuesday morning the 24th and the check engine light was on, so I returned the car to AutoNation for a repair and for them to diagnose the known transmission issuesAutoNation was supposed to send the car to Honda on Tuesday the 24th, they didn'tI called them Wednesday morning the 25th and the car still hadn't been sent, so I went and personally picked the car up on Wednesday the 25th and took it to the Honda shop where it sat till Monday the 31stI picked the car up on the 31st and the check engine light came on within miles and the transmission was not diagnosedI talked to AutoNation on Tuesday the 1st and they pretty much said that the sale was final even though I had had the car in my possession for less than hours totalThey decided to send it for repairs against my wishes instead of just issuing a refundI purchased a car that I have drove less than miles since I've got it and

Had our *** *** in for several repairs.check engine light, rear dvd not working, map lights on all the timePicked up vehicle after days in shop drove blocks check engine light returnedReturned immediatly back to dealer diagnose new code additional $now at $2,invoice totalcar in for day for these repairsreturned car days later dvd still not working along with map lightscar in shop more days informed that they replaced the entire overhead console to repair map lights $was told that the map lights were not part of the console
End result map lights still not functioning ( never did the work) DVD not functional was informed that they cannot repair
a refund was issued for the console they claimed to have replaced $days have elapsed and still no refund to my bank accountspoke with Justin B*** service director, claims nothing they can do
Service Director, service adviser and mechanics all told a different lie about the all

I purchased a used truck at AutoNation on 12-31- I also purchased a service contract because it was a vehicle I had the truck for three weeks, and hated it, so I traded it in to another dealer for another truckAutoNation assured me, AND I have the warranty agreement, that IF I cancelled it in person, within days, I could get a refund, except for possibly a small service feeNot only did I cancel in person, I did it within days after I purchased the vehicle I never made a claim nor used the warranty
As I waited for my refund I received a call from the finance manager *** *** about a month after I cancelled and he advised me that I would be receiving a check for $ I said, that is UNACCEPTABLE because they charged me $2,for the service contract I paid $1,of that and financed the rest I fully expected them to hold back some for their processing fees, but not $ So, on March I sent an email to Mr *** and asked him to straighte

In May I went to AutoNation Jeep to have a general health inspection done on my Grand Jeep CherokeeI also mentioned my brakes were shakeyThey checked the car out - brakes were in good shape (must just be mountain driving) but did mention I needed quite a few other services done, which I agreed to to keep up with the health of my carAfter I picked my car up from the service appointment, I noticed I could wear fluid sloshing around in my engine very audiblyThis has never happened in the years I've had my car, so I immediately called AutoNation JeepBridget B*** (the service advisor) explained that this was and to just "park on an incline so the fluid could settle in"Strangebut I'm not the expertA few weeks later, I notice I can hear gears grinding when I turn my carI call AutoNation and schedule another appointment at onceAt my appointment, Jessie (another service advisor) opens the hood of my car and explains how he already knows the coolant

A new Jeep was advertised on their website and AutoTrader for $40,After several phone calls and emails, I made arrangements with the dealership to visit them to test drive the Jeep and buy itAs I arrived at the dealership, a piece of paper on the Jeep's window showed the $40,plus $dealer fee and almost $9,for the lift, wheels and tiresKeep in mind, they advertised the same Jeep with the lift, wheels and tires for $and not the almost $50,they were actually asking for itI consider this advertisementI have wasted several hours of my day preparing my traand all the documents I needed to buy the new Jeep, only to be surprised by the “unadvertised" priceBe aware of their sales tactics

I scheduled a diagnosis as my check engine light was on and my vehicle was still under warrantyThe below is an account of my correspondence with the Autonation Service personnelAs I was not the only customer having issues I believe this location is overbooking which greatly reduces the timeliness (and potentially the quality) of service• 2-16-Made Appointment for 9AM on 2-20-Informed on phone that the diagnoses would take less than hrs• Dropped vehicle off at 8:AM on 2-20-and recieved a shuttle ride to work• Called at 3PM for Status update on TruckMike informed me no technician was assigned to my vehicle at this time• Called at 3:PM for a Status update on TruckMike informed me that truck was in for diagnosis and it would be tomorrow at the earliest before anything was knownI informed Mike that this is my only vehicle and I work remote in Aspen for portions of the weekI asked what can be done and he informed me that I would need to talk to his manager as he cannot authorize a vehicle but his manager was too busy to talk at this timeHe informed me that coming down to the facility would be the best way to resolve• 4:PM I received a ride from work to Service facility and again spoke with Mike and he informed me his manager was outI began expressing my needs as they still had my only vehicle and the diagnosis was originally scheduled for a hr diagnosis when Justin told Mike he would handle from hereI was told at this time the diagnosis was going to be another minutes• 4:PM Diagnosis came back and Justin informed me new fuel sensors, fuel rail, & a computer reprogram were required to adequately fix my vehicleJustin got with me and asked for the extended Warranty informationHe would get back with me in minutes with status• 5:PM Justin could not get with Warranty provider as they were not open but informed me parts were confirmed in town and could be available tomorrow as he understood I will be heading to AspenJeremy then began to set me up in a loaner vehicle while we wait• Between 5:PM and 6:PM the team searched for keys for the loaner vehicleOnce keys were found I asked Justin at what time I should call tomorrow if I have not heard anythingJustin instructed me that I shouldn’t need to call as this will be resolved first thing in the morning but if I don’t hear anything by 10AM I can feel free to call• 2-21-I called the Service department at 10AM as I had not yet heard a status updateThe first individual said I needed to talk to Mike for my status update then placed me on hold for minutesI spoke with Mike for a status update and he informed me they are still waiting to hear from my Warranty companyAfter several questions about when and why we are still waiting the gentleman training Mike took over the callHe told me they were working out details on their end for warranty authorization but this work had been authorizedHe informed me that parts were to days out once they finalize the internal authorizationI expressed concern since Justin informed me parts would be available in the morning for the work and that I leave for Aspen at 4PM for work and will not be back till FridayI informed Mike’s trainer that if do not have my truck back I will need use the loaner till I return from AspenHe told me he would work through the issues and reach back out to me shortlyI again requested a time from him that if I did not hear back I should call for a status update He told me I will hear back from them prior to then but if I do not hear back by 1PM to call• Received a call from Mike at 11:30AM indicating my truck will be complete and ready for pickup no later than 4PM todayHe will hopefully call me sooner than that saying it is ready for pickup• When I arrived to pick up my vehicle I was informed that the work was completed under warranty and only a fuel sensor was replacedI expressed concern that the original diagnosis came back as needing to replace fuel sensors, fuel rail, and have my computer reprogrammed then my worry was because the shop had a timeframe before I left to Aspen for the week they cut back the scope to just get byI was assured this was not the case and guaranteed that if it was a fuel rail was the issue the original problem would happen again very quickly allowing me to bring it back into the shop still under warranty

I purchased gap insurance through the dealership and then about a month later realized that gap insurance is included for free in my *** *** insurance on the vehicle I then cancelled my gap insurance through the dealership to obtain a refund I was told this refund would be mailed to me After about a month and a half and not receiving the check I went back to the dealership to find out what was going on I was then told I had to provide several documents to prove that I had the insurance through *** *** and other odometer information on the car I had already completed the necessary documents to cancel the gap insurance but I went along with and provided all of the information that was requested After several more emails there was still no check I then went back to the dealership and spoke to a manager who told me he saw that there was a refund to be issued and would have it mailed out in several business days It has been almost eight months since I cancelled my gap

Took my jeep in on july with a problem with a trac control light coming on and reduced speed and to check on a few other things to check on how much to fix, they wouldn't be able to even look at it until the 26thno problemI get a call on the 26th saying IT WOULD BE $TO FIX THE TRAC CONTROL PROBLEM BUT also needed a tuand rear brakes done I said fix the trac problem and hold off on the restthe next day I get a call to tell me the car is ready I go in on the and wait around 11/hrs while being told they were taking it for a test drive to make sure everything was alrightgot the car back went to go to work and boom the car was exactly as it was when I took it incalled to complain the service manager was rude and said I needed to change the plugs to fix the problem I got the plugs changed somewhere else but it still did not fix the problemI'm now out about $dollars and still have the exact some problem that I started with
