Ms [redacted] put in a work order on Saturday, March 31st Our maintenance team is only on site Monday-Friday and on call for emergencies This work order was put in online and not called into the emergency service line This work order stated “Refrigerator is freezing food in the back of it.” This indicates to the service team that the refrigerator is working and is a low priority However, the ticket was printed and addressed on Tuesday, April 4th At this time, the technician determined that the refrigerator needed a tstat and temperature module The tstat and temperature module was ordered and installed when it was delivered on April 5th The refrigerator was working after installation properlyPlease let me know if there is any further clarification needed.Sincerely, Jessica S [redacted] | Community Manager

[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] The maintenance personal replaced some part and left no one told us if it was complete or we should wait for it to adjust etcall I know is what I read on here that the refrigerator has been repaired maybe they should have waited to talk to us or even call us to find out the status and I would have told them it is not repaired it is still freezing anything at the back of the refrigerator I guess we will be getting the runaround again like we did last time

Once a work order is completed, an email is sent to the resident detailing the completion notes.  The original work order ticket was completed on 4/6 and the refrigerator was working when the technician left.  The ticket was re-submitted on 4/9 and a technician will dispatch within 24-48 hours to diagnose the problem.  If the refrigerator is not repairable, the refrigerator will be replaced with a different one.
