Review: I bought Kensington windows in 02/13/2007 and paying them 9,329.00. I called and told the installer I had a broken window and he said the went out of business and nothing can be done. are they going to replace it are can I get all my warranty money Back. I still have all the paper workDesired Settlement: replace window or all my warranty money back. Thanks

Review: Windows replaced in my home with Lifetime warranty built by Kennsington HPP. Emailed and called them multiple times. No email response and no phone calls returned. Called their local rep [redacted] three days in a row. Never answered phone or responed to message. I have a lifttime warranty on my windows built by this company and they advertise the same on their wed site. Means nothing to them.Desired Settlement: Want my 2 windows that cracked on the inside of my home repaired under warranty. They cracked on their own at some time. 2 of them. Want this company that built my windows to stand behind their warranty.

Review: I contacted this company in January of 2014. there is a warranty issue with the two windows they manufactured for me in 2011. I have talked to them many many times and have been told, first that they were going to send new sashes, that was in March and April, then they decided to replace the complete window. All I get is excuse after excuse. Now the weather is getting cold again and still no windows, again today they promised to make new windows and have them shipped to my installer. the original order number was [redacted] and now they have given me a new order number [redacted] I have been more than patient with these people and Now I want them to pay me to have someone replace these windows before the snow flies.Desired Settlement: If they can't supply with the windows I need before the 1st of next month I will hire someone else to replace these defective windows and they should pay the entire cost because of the 10 month delay. I would settle for $2500.

Review: We purchased 16 windows and a sliding door from [redacted] in [redacted] in 2007. A couple of years ago one of the windows broke for no reason. We were able to contact [redacted] and they replaced the window. It has now happened again to a different window and [redacted] will not respond to my calls. Windows should not break with no reason.Desired Settlement: I want my $13,548.00 back. Windows should last a lifetime unless they are hit by a golf ball or a bat or something. There is only a 10 year warranty on glass for these windows and I am concerned they will continue to break at random and then I will be responsible for the cost of their replacement after that 10 years. I bought these windows believing it would be a one time cost and that they would be here long after we eventually sell this house. Windows should last a lifetime and these are defective in some way. Since I have been sold a defective product I believe I deserve a refund so I can buy some other windows. I can't afford to pay another $13,548 to replace all my windows again.
