I am rejecting this response because:I have spoken to several folks from TUMI and they advised me they were going to follwith me once they had an opportunity to talk speak with
the TUMI department that handles 3rd party relationships and specficially their 3rd party relationship with the firm, “Achievers, Inc.” The bag was purchased through their award based website directly from TUMI. UPS has closed the investigation and a credit memo is being issued to the 3rd party. Once this credit memo is recognized the 3rd party company will re-ship customers bag. Please allow 7-10 business days.

We have made numerous attempts to contact this customer and he has not returned any calls.

I finally connected with [redacted] at Tumi she's been out with the flu. She was able to provide me with the credit which came through on my credit card this morning. You can close this at this time. Thanks for all your help in getting this resolved. Much appreciated!
