This revision was presented to our requesting customer on February 22, Additionally, a copy of Mr [redacted] ’s revised report was sent to him via first class mail? ? ? Thank you.?

You notified us on September 25, that this case had been closedWe had reached out to the consumer several times in the past, all with no responseWe will try to contact the consumer again. Thank you.

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Today I received a phone message from a customer service representative from this business. The message indicated that my record had been reinvestigated and there was an update - also something about a form that I had returned (I have no idea what form they are referring to). I called the number that was included in the phone message and once again spoke with another customer service representative. This representative indicated that there was no negative findings in my report. I completed understand that based on my contesting of the initial report that my file has been corrected. What I am asking for (and have been for the past phone calls since May/June) is for someone from this company to explain to me how this company handles unauthorized background check requests. I was again told today (as I have been for the past phone calls at least) that someone from the team that handles unauthorized background check requests will return my phone call soon. Again, I have been asking since May/June to have this explained to me and have been told each time that someone from this team will contact me - has not happened to date.I do not wish to receive another phone call from a customer service representative from this company because it is clear (and they have indicated such) that they do not know what happens with regard to unauthorized requests and that they email the team that handles these matters

I contacted a consumer Attorney to resolve my issues, I can't talk with or get a hold any one in management and can't get any information on new credit report and if I lose my job offer from ***, First Advantage with have legal issue's to deal with.

Good afternoonPersonal information such as Social Security Number and address are provided to us by the employer at the time of ordering a background reportAny discrepancies with that information must be addressed with the ordering customer. Errors of that type may require the customer to
re-order a background report Previous fingerprinting may be repurposed for new background reports depending on the ordering customer’s preferencesThis should be communicated by the employer at the time of securing the applicant’s consent Since Ms*** was submitted with an incorrect SSN on her first order, she had to submit fingerprintsHer second order (also submitted with the incorrect SSN) repurposed the fingerprints from her first order. Her third order was submitted with her correct SSN and the fingerprints were repurposed from an order submitted with that SSN in a prior year Thank you.
