This was the worst company we have ever moved with! It is inexcusable that because we have a common last name, that our items got mixed with another customer's items of the last name It is inexcusable that they did not tag each item as is customary with every other mover we have worked with When the workers were delivering, they tried to deliver furniture and boxes that did not belong to us They questioned me and I had to show them cancelled checks from the other party to get them to believe me We moved times in the past, and had great experiences This time we have had more damage, tears to leather furniture, scratches, and lost items than ever before When we started bringing this to their attention, including one integral piece of an Ethan Allen entertainment system that has been "lost", they became very nasty, and did not return emails or phone calls My husband went in to talk with them and they were downright rude to him We paid them way too much to have had this type of an experience We would not want anyone to have to go through what we have experienced with this company
