IT Phone Service charged my checking account for $39.50, yet I never signed up for the service From other complaints I have read online, they somehow get people's information when that person signs up for other services or applies for something When I called I told the customer service person that I never signed up for the service, and we went around and around on the phone He explained my getting signed up as an "aggressive marketing strategy", which basically spells out scam to me I called on 9-12-to get a refund, since I never authorized the transaction and was told it would be 7-days I waited two full weeks, checked my account and not surprisingly, there was no refund I called again on 9-29-14, inquiring about the refund, and at this time I was told that they were having "problems with their refund processing system", and that my refund was miraculously just processed today (the 29th) He assured me that my refund would be in my account by next week I ma betting I will never get my money back, the best I can hope for is not being charged again
