Mr*** checked in with friends and had people in two different roomsSeveral were under the age of Mr*** signed the registration card and was financially responsible for both roomsHe was charged the agreed upon rateThey
did break a phone and we charged $but refunded this amountAt no time was he treated disrespectfullyAnd after several noise complaints we had to ask some of his guests to be quiet or they would be asked to leave the hotel
