I am rejecting this response because: the owner has not returned to my home several times since the work was doneHe did not return any of my calls after the work was completed in a shoddy mannerHe promised to send one of his staff to my home to look at the issues I mentioned to himNo one ever showed upHe does not stand behind his workI had a difficult time following his response because of so many misspelled wordsClearly, this contractor doesn't want to take the time to make a reasonable response to my complaint.

Hello, my name is Kent owner of KENTS QUALITY CONCRETEI have been back and forth to *** ***'s house on a number of times trying too resolve the issues that he thought we're bad craftmanship.after finishings all the issues to his satisfaction he paid me the remaining money owed after the job
was completed.I did everything I could to make me*** happy but you just can't please everyone.if there is still a complaint from Mr*** I would still be happy to talk to him and try too resolve it if possiblethanks again

I am rejecting this response because:The responses from the business materially misrepresent what occurred.From his original response on Sept 22, the owner contended he was “back and forth to *** ***’s house on a number of times trying to resolve the issues.” That is a lieHe never returned once final payment was made.The response from the business also said final paperwork was signed on the day final payment was madeThat also is a lie.he misrepresented my response to the suggestion that another cut be made to channel water away from the foundation of my houseI told him I didn’t think that would be sufficientThat is not a refusalIt was based on his offer to have his representative stop at my house to discuss with me a solution to the improperly installed patio and the improper grade issueHis man never showed up.he suggests I could call him any timeWhy didn’t he return any of the five phone messages I left on his business phone between Augand Aug17?he also ignored two phone calls made to him by my neighbor who has concrete experienceMy neighbor called to discuss with the owner the poor work his crew did.If this contractor truly is interested in a resolution that is satisfactory to both of us, why doesn’t he call me?This contractor did shoddy work at my homeHe is refusing to stand behind his work

concerning complaint [redacted],Hello,When the project was completed Mr. [redacted] paid in full the amount that was owing signing all paperwork that needed to be signed at completion. At that time Mr. [redacted] had brought up that the concrete was holding water it was explained to Mr. [redacted] that I could make an additional cut to where the water may be standing but he had refused that service. We take a lot of pride in our work that we do and want make sure that all of our customers are happy, I would still like talk to him and try too resolve it if possible he can call me at anytime.
