Kentscapes Landscape Prepped area knocked down the weeds , brought in Soil Amendment , and installed Commercial Weed Barrier ( industry Standard ) prior to Sod & rock installationIt is industry standered to knock down weeds and install the weed Barrier ontop as the weed barrier smothers the Weeds Customer was Advised that Soil amendment and sediment in the rock might contain weed seeds which is unavoidable, Customer also backs to open space, with the Windy conditions in Castle Rock and fields located right behind wind might blow Weeds into customers lot there for making it impossible to prevent all weeds from every coming inCustomer did not inform Kentscapes of a Weed issue after project was completedThe First time the Customer had mentioned this issue was Oct 7th, I had contacted Customer to set up the Sprinkler System Blow out Customer had explained NO weed barrier was placed and the weeds had taken overCustomer was informed that when the Owner of Kentscapes comes out to do the Sprinkler blow out we would Look at the issueA sprinkler Blow out was performed on Oct 20th Between 8am & 10am , The owner of Kentscapes ( *** *** ) advised the home owner that the Office would contact him to set up a Weed Spray and that there are only a few weeds coming up between the Weed barrier and the Landscape Edging Kentscapes Office ( *** *** ) contacted Home Owner that evening of Oct 20th , Home owner was told that this would be put on the schedule at Kentscapes earliest convince as we are currently working on Project sitesHome owner did request contact information for *** *** Owner, this was not provided as he only has an emergency contact numberCustomer was advised that all scheduling would go threw the officeHome owner sent an Email Oct 24th, @ 2:18pm asking Kentscapes contact him concerning the weedsKentscapes respond to the Email Oct 25th , @ 9:am Stating : "***, I spoke to *** , he mentioned he had spoke to you on Spraying the weedsAre schedule is very full right at the moment we will contact you once we get closer to taking care of thisCustomer than emailed Oct 26th @4:18pm "working with you all to get work taken care of is too difficult I want the weeds taken care of by this Friday so we can close this out I am going to contact the Revdex.com to log a complaint and start looking into various methods of consumer reporting agencies, Google reviews, Yelp Reviews and any other places to warn future customers Once a deposit is made, you are un-responsive to customer needsBecause the ground was not property prepared for Rocks and Sod, I am paying the price with weeds growing up with are not my fault *** " **Side note , Customer signed contract for Back yard work in June 29th,Communication was with Home Owners Wife *** ***, Home Owner was aware that the project would not start right away due to current customers on our schedule and that HOA approval would need to take place once that happened the Customer would be placed on the schedule with about - weeks out from the date of HOA approvalCustomer received approval from the HOA and wanted to be place on the Schedule sooner than the - week time frameCustomer ( *** *** became very upset on the phone), Kentscapes accommodated Home Owners request of ASAP installationWe had bumped the Customers Project date up and moved customers out that had been on our schedule longer just to accommodate Home Owners needsKentscapes went out of its way to accommodate the Customers Needs to Complete this ProjectCustomer was Satisfied with the work completed and made final paymentThere was little communication with *** *** during this process this was all threw his WifeCommunication with *** didn't Start until Oct7thKentscapes finds this complaint unreasonable ! Due to the Complaint made with the Revdex.com and the Home owners unwilling ness to wait on our schedule Kentscapes is now concerned that Home Owner will not pay the Outstanding Invoice for the Sprinkler Blow Out $Customer Information: *** *** *** *** *** **
