To Whom it May Concern Ref: [redacted] registered for an online courseWhile we can not ensure that some client emails will not send the code to the spam folder, because of the client configuration, I personally returned her call before the end of the business dayI then proceeded to resend her code and stayed on the phone with her until she received it and activated it to ensure there was no problem with activationI explained that some filters send it to spam and apologized for the inconvenienceThis was all done on the same day during business hoursI have attached several documents to confirm this [redacted] even went into the system the next day to register for a skills check with our company on the next dayI apologized for the inconvenience and explained that our office staff are instructors so at times they may be teaching class but we always return calls befor leaving for the dayShe seemed to be more bent on obtaining the course for free as we spoke on the phone I have attached several documents to support my statementsIf [redacted] would like I can provide her a partial refund of $for the skills portion ,before WednesdayThe remainder of the fee is for the key which she has used completed and I am unable to refund as she has activated the online key and completed it Attached documents reference section #1- shows the original order at 13: #2- is the first email Received at 16: #3- is her class code being sent again with her on the phone at 16:( minutes after receipt of her email) #4- shows that she started the course on the 8th the day of the order #5- shows her registering for the skills day on the 9th -- [redacted] TCC Kentuckiana CPR Training Network-" There when you need us" Missouri Ave Suite E Jeffersonville IN

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to meHowever I am rather offended in the response "She seemed to be more bent on obtaining the course for free as we spoke on the phone." I did not in any way make such a statement, or was insinuating thisAfter feeling as if I had been scammed because of the no response and getting voice mails for hours after paying for the services, I did mention in the sent email that I either wanted to be able to access the link, or receive a refundAs I also explained to Tony, as long as I could proceed in completing the course I had no reason for a refundPerhaps if other employees could answer the phone and assist when something like this happens, then customers will feel more confident in this companyI have no problem paying for services, I was upset when I did pay and never received the link, or was unable to get help I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved Regards, [redacted]

They were very helpful and went out of their way to help me when they didnt have toThe instructor stayed late until I got there and was patientI was able to go to work because of them instead of being placed on administrative leave

If [redacted] would like I can provide her a partial refund of $35.00 for the skills portion ,before Wednesday. The remainder of the fee is for the key which she has used completed and I am unable to refund as she has activated the online key and completed it.
