Review: [redacted] the owner of Kentuckiana k9, refuses to reschedule appointments when we need them rescheduled, but if he cant make an appointment one has to take whenever he can make it. He took three days off for new years. The appointments are only 25 mins at most not an hour like paid for.Desired Settlement: I would like some of my money back since I did not receive what I paid for.
