Got my driveway paved and they gave a year warranty. Then it got a little crack. I called *** and he said they’d come fix it when they could. Now over sent a ton of emails and left a ton of voicemails and I can’t get them to return my calls/texts. I want them to fix it since they gave a year agreement. I wanted some more work done but I don’t know if I still do if they can’t stand behind their agreement when I am paying them thousands of dollars!
I spoke with *** about a month ago and told her we would be getting back in a few weeks and as soon as I get back I would take a look at an area on her driveway that she thinks needs to be fixed, she called back again and I told her we are still out of town and as soon as we are back in town I would call her. We are still out of town. As soon as I do I will get right over there to take care of her needs. Thanks, *** with Kentuckiana Paving, LLC
