In the 58 page report it stated that the water was run for over 40 minutes at each plumbing fixture. Only leaks observed (Noted 9.3 and 13.4 in report) was drain pipe in hall tub and washer drain pipe. Home inspectors do not pull or tug on pipes. Gutters are not required on a detached garage only advised as an upgrade. No flooding or foundation issues found at the time of inspection. Bug infestation was not present at the time of inspection. A copy of the report can be sent for further evaluation. KPC makes sure every home is thoroughly inspected. Conditions can change between the time of inspection and the time of closing.
