[redacted] ?

Unfortunately, because the owner would not give me copies of my receipts/warranty, all I have is her word, which is basically good for nothingHowever, if you'll reference back to one of her responses in the complaint, she did acknowledge that she DOES in fact provide a warranty on the parts used

September 4, 2015[redacted] vehicle was towed in thru roadside as a wrecked vehicle. The vehicle set in our storage lot for 14 days before we ever heard from the insurance company or [redacted]. On the 14 day the insurance came , I had my service adviser pull the vehicle out of the lot for...

the insurance agent to do an estimate. At that time we was giving an estimate on the vehicle and was told it was okay for the repairs. At that time I ordered parts that was needed. The next day [redacted] called asking when the car would be done and the prices. I advised her of what her insurance had wrote the estimate for , she then asked she could have the windshield and window fixed which was not on the estimate. I told her the windshield replacement would be 250 and not sure what the window is until we see whats need to fix it. She then stated you said you would work with me on this  when I talked to you on the phone the day you towed me vehicle. I let her know that the deductible was 500 and I would save her 274.70 of it . She still was not happy with that. She then called her insurance agent , her insurance agent did a conference call and I stated to them that I could not include the windshield and the window in the repair , and the customer then stated she didn't want the vehicle  fixed and my location and she would have the vehicle moved to another place that would fix everything for 1200.00 I advised that was her choice, but she and or her insurance company would owe a storage bill from the vehicle being in the storage lot for 15 days. Later that day I got a call from another tow company stating the [redacted] was outside and wanting them to just take her vehicle without paying her fees that she knew was due. After she realized that the towing company would not tow her vehicle without her bill being paid here she calls the police. The police advised the customer that she need to pay her bill if she wanted the other company to tow the vehicle. She then paid the money that was owed and proceeded to bad mouth my company and facility. The next day I get an email from a man with threats that they was going to post reviews on different sites that we performed bad service and took advantage of a single mother. I've contacted lawyer and when or if this does happen I will proceed with legal action. I'm a women myself and would never take advantage of anyone .I tried every effort to make an agreement and do the repairs on her vehicle and save her money on there deductible but she just wanted something for nothing. I will provide a copy of the estimate provided by the insurance company. [redacted]
