Ms *** purchased the vehicle and did call back with a concern of a check engine light and another light which turned out to be a tire pressure lightWe advised Ms *** to bring the vehicle to the lot so we could scan the vehicle to see what the cause of the light wasWe explained to her that she did have a warranty and we would be happy to take care of the issueShe immediatley stated that she wanted to just return the vehicle that she did not want itMs *** then had her father to contact the dealershipMr *** made threats to the dealership of obtaining a attorney and broadcasting some type of television documentary slandering our dealershipWe also explained to him to have his daughter bring the vehicle to the dealership and we would be happy to take care of whatever the problem was the vehicle had*** *** or her father *** *** would not allow us to examine the vehicle before making a hasty decision of returning the vehicleWe explained to them that she had already went under contract and signed documents stating that she understood all monies paid toward the vehicle was nonrefundableUnfortunitly she returned the vehicle instead of allow us to correct the situationThe vehicle was immediately taken to the mechanic which was fixed in less than a hourThe code for the check engine light was a small emissions leak which was corrected by replacing the gas capThe cap was replaced and the problem was resolvedThe tire pressure light was a bad tire pressure moniter which was replacedBoth issues were minor problems that were easly correctedThe lady that rode with Ms *** on the test drive had only been employed with the dealership for day and was a receptionistIf she said the things that *** claims she would have not been giving her knowledgable informationI am sorry that Ms *** feels that her experience was bad but it did not have to be a bad experienceWe offered to correct the issue but she refusedMs *** was made fully aware that returning the vehicle did not void her contract and did not entitle her to a refundShe proceeded with the returnSent on: 2/19/5:54:PM

The excuse that the woman had only worked there a day is not acceptable. Anyone that is allowed to "act" as a salesperson needs to be fully trained before meeting with a customer and assisting with a sale. I purchased the car on the sole fact of what this woman told me, that if I was unsatisfied for ANY reason I would have three days to return the vehicle, NO QUESTIONS ASKED, for a full refund. It was less than 24 hours. Your company sold me a car on false pretenses. This is a problem within your company, and not my problem. This issue should be documented and aired for everyone to know that not only do you allow an untrained person to sell your vehicles but that you also do NOT stand behind the promises YOUR employee makes. Step up and pay me back my deposit as YOUR REPRESENTATIVE promised. Slander ONLY occurs when something is false. The fact that your representative lied to me does not make this false or slander, it is merely the truth.

Ms. [redacted] knows that I have been assisting my daughter [redacted] with this issue. The car was returned and accepted but there has yet to be a return of the down payment. A complaint was filed (under the name of [redacted]) with the consumer protection division of the KY States Attorney Generals Office as well. This dealership cannot be allowed to continue to take advantage of customers.

am responding to a complaint filed by our customer [redacted]. Here at Kentucky Auto Sales and Finance each customer is offered a warranty on their vehicle purchase and the warranty is explained and signed by the customer. We have went above and beyond to help Ms. [redacted]. I feel like we have did more than what our warranty intels to help her. The vehicle has been repaired and she is driving it each day.
