Mr***'s Jeep is currently at the dealership being repaired at no cost to him whatsoever He has already put almost 3,miles on this vehicle since date of purchase The warranty states that he pays 50% off all repairs, however, we are not charging him a dime We are very easy to communicate with and very reasonable people, and Mr [redacted] is welcome to come into the dealership at any time and we will go over payment terms again with him The last time he was into the dealership he was in a hurry and couldn't stay as he said he had to get home to get on his roof for a repair He has also communicated that money will be tight until he gets his disability approved soon and we are still here to help him even after his warranty expires Please let me know if you have any questions or further concerns as I am happy to help.Thanks, [redacted] Kentucky Auto Sales & Finance

I am responding to a complaint we received via email from Revdex.com regarding a previous customer, *** *** *** *** vehicle was repossessed due to cancelled insurance He has called into the dealership on two different occasions telling us he was coming to get his belongings and has
not showed up to do soWe have no problem or issue with him getting his items whatsoever They have been here a couple of months and we will have to discard soon if they are not picked up so we do ask that he arrange to get into the dealership soon if he does wish to retrieve them Thank you,***
